Tahlia Smoke, Sr., First singles - Manasquan
Selected as a the DigitalSports Player of the Year, Smoke was also the top player in the state, as she finished her senior season with a perfect 30-0 record after capturing the NJSIAA singles title over Millburn's Rachel Cantor. Her 110 career wins are a school record, and she is also the only Manasquan player to ever win an NJSIAA singles title. A four-year starter for the Warriors, she won the first singles title at the Monmouth County Flights Tournament and led Manasquan to its third Central Jersey Group II title in four years. The Warriors also advanced to the Shore Conference Tournament semifinals one year after reaching the final during Smoke's junior season. As a junior, she reached the quarterfinals of the NJSIAA Tournament and finished 31-2 for the season. She said her college choices include Air Force, Central Florida and UNC-Wilmington.
