A hybrid strong safety-linebacker, Brown was part of a much-improved Green Wave defense that allowed less than 200 yards per game and helped them reach the Central Jersey Group III final, tie the school record for wins (10) and win a share of the Liberty Division title. Brown had a team-high 122 tackles, four for a loss, three interceptions, 10 pass breakups, five forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries. He also ran for 574 yards and nine touchdowns on offense and had seven catches for 108 yards. He has received interest from Toledo, Delaware State and Miami (Ohio).
